Edge Steak and Bar offer’s one of Miami’s best brunches. The food is absolutely delicious. The variety is just as extensive as other popular South Florida brunch spots (Biltmore or Rusty Pelican, for example) but the tastes are simply impeccable.  I didn’t know I could enjoy smoked salmon sandwiches so much. The food is very well prepared and chocked full of flavor.

Valet at Edge is about $20-38 and brunch is approximately $69. This makes for a steep outing but it is worth it. Located on the 7th floor of Brickell’s Four Seasons hotel, Edge not only serves up some of the tastiest meals you’ll enjoy, it also offers pretty great views. The service is just as pristine. Seating options accommodate dining both inside and out. The outside patio shares three areas, one of which is covered, all of which should be enjoyed on a beautiful Miami Day.

The only downside to this brunch is that despite the many options, one can only eat so much.

So here’s my Recommended Course:

Local catch and scallop ceviche

Slow rusted suckling pig (at the carving station)

Rum Tres Leches

Passion fruit pannacotta

Smoked salmon, celeriac slaw, and sweetbun
