Bonefish Grill is one of those neighborhood restaurants that’s like the boojey girl in the group. Sure she’s affiliated with other strip mall restaurants like, Fridays, Chilli’s, and Applebees but she’s not quite like her counterparts. Bonefish Grill has been a neighborhood go-to for many Broward county residents. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Once you’ve had their infamous Bang Bang Shrimp, you’ll be going back for more quite often. Seafood isn’t all this popular eatery serves but I wouldn’t be quick to recommend anything else. The lighting can be too dark which cultivates a setting that’s somewhere between romantic and dreary. Pictured here was my last meal: Corn Chowder, Bang Bang Shrimp, Baja Fish Tacos (just okay), Cold water lobster tail (equally unmentionable) and Jen’s Jamaican Coconut pie (it was quite awful, too sweet, trashy and lacking any distinct taste). These items -exclusive of the bang bang shrimp- are not in my recommended list.
